Decade of Service Excellence

PCCW Teleservices won the two main contact center awards and the Gold Award of the Decade at the 10th Hong Kong Call Center Association Awards ceremony. This annual event is organized by the Hong Kong Call Center Association (HKCCA) to recognize companies that deliver outstanding levels of service through their contact center operations.

PCCW Teleservices won the two main awards for best outsource centre for inbound and outbound operations. Additionally, the special decade award was given to recognize outstanding achievement in the industry throughout the past decade.

The awards are testament to our leading position in the industry and show that we are a role model for the contact-centre industry at home and overseas.
